Orlando Lugo, owner and head trainer at Complete Athlete, is certified through NASM since 2004 as well as Performance Enhancement Specialist since 2005. Coach O recently expanded his fitness knowledge and is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. While pursing his degree in education, Coach O realized his love for fitness when playing college baseball at S.C.S.U. Since then, he has been helping youths and adults achieve their fitness goals. Coach O believes a “Complete Athlete” understands that training and preparation equals confidence and confidence equals success.
